This class is an introduction to Tantra - we will discuss the history, the teachers,
myths and realities. Explore your senses through experiential happenings. Learn

Introduction to kundalini yoga, white Tantra and meditation
This class discusses white Tantra, the forefather of hatha yoga as well as kundalini
yoga, one of the hearts of Tantra, it is an experiential class and we will cover
basic meditation and some chanting. Leave this experience with some tools to
start or expand your spiritual path. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.

Learning to connect with Tantra
During this class, I will teach you ways to make connections with family, friends,
lover and co-workers through Tantric techniques. I will show you through an experiential
medium, as well as lecture, how to change the way you view and interact with
the world. This in turn will change how the world views and interacts with you.
With these techniques, you will influence any space you enter. Indispensable
techniques for resolving the isolation we live in today.

Spiritual relationship and communication
In this class, explore Tantric concepts of connecting with your partner. We will be using
techniques for building chemistry, trust and harmony, to create a safe place
to learn the art of communication. Unlike couples counseling that can leave
you feeling more isolated, fearful and even farther apart, these techniques
will pull you back together. If you are in a space of harmony now, you can learn
how to maintain it for a lifetime, if not you will learn to get it back on track. Your relationship is your most valuable asset. Take this time to get the most out of it.

A Path to Tantra and Healing
This class is available as either a one day intensive or a 4-week course (total of 8 hours, 2 hrs a week) and can be taken as a group or private course.
Using experiential exercises and lecture, I will show you the basic building blocks of Tantric techniques and concepts to prepare you for healing. We will cover breathing techniques, energy, meditation, the chakra system, puja, how Tantric techniques and concepts are used in healing. This class is a prerequisite for healing work and other advanced work with me. Wear loose and comfortable clothing.

Tantra sexual education classes
Women's Sexuality
A women's only class. This frank, open discussion and lecture class will dispel
the myths about your bodies and sexuality. You will learn to receive what you
need in love making, whether alone or with a partner. You will learn about your
"sacred space" and how to make your body come alive as it never has before.
We will also discuss Tantric techniques that you can incorporate with your partners
during union. If you have ever wondered if there was more to loving, or wanted
to explore your goddess energy, this is your class.

Couple's Intimacy Class
This is a lecture and experiential class for couples. We will cover communication, special connects, kissing, myths about sexuality, techniques for improved sexual union and talk about the things that need to be said in a couple's relationship. Couples who have taken this class have told me they are so much closer than they ever thought possible, and they are sustaining and improving upon the passion of their early days.

Become a Tantric Lover
A women's only class. This is a class that is more oriented towards red Tantra (the sexual techniques of Tantra). You will learn ancient Tantric techniques that will amaze your lover and yourself. This is a frank and graphic forum that may contain some tasteful demonstrations. We will also discuss men's bodies and needs and new ways to pleasure your partner and yourself. This class will change the way you make love and experience love.

Become a Master Lover
A men's only class. Want to get more out of your love making and excel at the Tantric sexual arts? Then this is your class. Through lecture and some tasteful demonstration, we will discuss myths and truths about the female body, red Tantric techniques for love making, kissing, pillow talk, ancient techniques for extended arousal, and techniques for attaining multiple orgasms for both men and women. With this knowledge and these techniques, you will regain or retain the stamina and vigor of your youth. All men desire to please their women and this class is designed to expand your confidence and knowledge.

An Introduction to the Tantric Art of Sexual Healing
This class encompassing lecture and demonstration with some experiential exercises, (no nudity or explicit sexual touching) is for both couples and singles and is an introduction to the art of Tantra for sexual healing. We will cover men's and women's bodies, sexual conditioning, breath work, touch, intent, and both white Tantra and red Tantra techniques. Both sexes have suffered sexual damage of one form or another over our lives, and now we have a way to overcome that pain and insecurity. To create wholeness in our beings and help us all connect our hearts to our sexual centers. For all the women who want their men to be more intimate, and for all the men who want their women to be more sexual... the answer is here.

Reconnecting after Illness or Surgery
Recovering after illness or surgery is challenging enough without the issues
that come up both intimately and sexually. Whether partnered or solo, there
can be concerns about how to reconnect to your sexual self. This class is a
safe forum for discussion, questions, and answers to the physical and emotional
issues that may be affecting you. Learn to reconnect in new ways as you heal
and live with the realities of your current situation.

Sexual Healing and Guidance
Healing and guidance is available to men, women and couples.
Sexual and spiritual guidance is available by appointment only with no prerequisite classes.
To receive benefit from private healing sessions you must have a basic knowledge of Tantra, some of its techniques and be aware of certain protocols I use. To make this simple, I provide a prerequisite class on an individual or group basis, called A Path to Tantra and Healing. See class details under the Tantra spiritual guidance and relationship class section.
Prices for healing and guidance sessions range from $175.00 to $225.00 and are dependent on time and modality of healing needed.
We will discuss your particular situation after the basic class. Package prices are available as well.
